PHIT program (Personal Health Independence Training)

A program created by Dr. Peter Leighton along with the physiotherapists at Forte Physical Therapy. It is designed to empower patients of all abilities how to safely become more physically active over a 10 week program.

GoGet.Fit App

An App which allows you to plan and log your physical activity. It uses an evidence based behavior change modal and allows your healthcare provider to follow and provide ongoing support in real-time during your physical activity journey. 

* Program is currently being looked into by Dr. Leighton's practice but not yet up and running within our clinic.
